Eligibility Requirements
- Education: LLB (preferably LLM/Bar at Law) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of legal practice in the High Court or Supreme Court.
- Age: Between 40 and 55 years.
- Specialized Knowledge:
- Service Matters: Expertise in Service Law, Ombudsman/Wafaqi Mohtasib.
- Corporate Matters: Knowledge of Corporate Law, Companies Act 2017, SECP regulations.
Salary & Benefits
